National Incubation Center (NIC) Karachi has announced its partnership with Invest2Innovate (i2i) as an Ecosystem Partner for the upcoming Build Up 2025 conference, a founder-first event scheduled for November 29, 2025, in Karachi. The one-day conference aims to create a meaningful space for entrepreneurs, founders, and ecosystem enablers to learn, reflect, and connect through immersive workshops, practical advisory sessions, and open conversations about growth, operations, and founder wellbeing. The initiative aligns with NIC Karachi’s ongoing mission to support and strengthen Pakistan’s innovation-driven startup ecosystem.

Build Up 2025 is designed to move beyond traditional networking events and pitch sessions by offering founders an opportunity to engage in deep, reflective, and skill-focused interactions. The conference will bring together a curated mix of participants from across the startup ecosystem — including early-stage entrepreneurs, established founders, investors, and industry mentors — to discuss practical solutions to real business challenges. With its focus on founder development and sustainable growth, the event provides a platform for honest conversations that help entrepreneurs refine their vision, strengthen their teams, and navigate the complexities of scaling a startup in Pakistan’s dynamic tech landscape.

As an Ecosystem Partner, NIC Karachi will play a key role in supporting the event through its network of innovators, mentors, and investors. Backed by the Ministry of IT and Telecommunication Pakistan, Ignite – National Technology Fund, and powered by LMKT, NIC Karachi has consistently championed initiatives that empower startups through mentorship, funding opportunities, and access to global markets. By partnering with Invest2Innovate, the center reinforces its commitment to building a stronger entrepreneurial ecosystem rooted in collaboration and learning. The involvement of Tech Destination Pakistan further highlights the collective effort to nurture innovation and promote Pakistan as a hub for digital entrepreneurship.

Founders attending Build Up 2025 can expect a highly interactive experience with sessions that prioritize authenticity and practical knowledge over formal presentations. The agenda includes hands-on workshops, small-group advisory circles, and peer discussions designed to foster trust and actionable insights. Participants will explore key aspects of startup growth, such as operations, business strategy, team dynamics, and wellbeing, all within a setting that encourages shared learning and collaboration. Startups and founders interested in joining the event can learn more and register for early bird access here.

NIC Karachi’s participation in Invest2Innovate Build Up 2025 underscores its continued efforts to provide Pakistani startups with the resources, connections, and support needed to thrive. Through such collaborations, NIC Karachi continues to strengthen Pakistan’s entrepreneurial foundation and inspire the next generation of innovators to transform ideas into sustainable ventures.

CWPK Legacy
Launched in 1967 internationally, ComputerWorld is the oldest tech magazine/media property in the world. In Pakistan, ComputerWorld was launched in 1995. Initially providing news to IT executives only, once CIO Pakistan, its sister brand from the same family, was launched and took over the enterprise reporting domain in Pakistan, CWPK has emerged as a holistic technology media platform reporting everything tech in the country. It remains the oldest continuous IT publishing brand in the country and in 2025 is set to turn 30 years old, which will be its biggest benchmark and a legacy it hopes to continue for years to come. CWPK is part of the SPIN/IDG Wakhan media umbrella.
