Mobilink Bank Launches MobilinkHER Returnship Program to Empower Women

Mobilink Bank is spearheading a groundbreaking initiative with the introduction of the MobilinkHER Returnship Program, aimed at supporting women re-entering the workforce after a hiatus. This innovative program is tailored to facilitate a smooth transition for women resuming their professional careers, whether after taking time off for family responsibilities, personal growth, or retirement.

The MobilinkHER program underscores Mobilink Bank’s unwavering commitment to fostering diversity and inclusivity within its workforce. By recognizing and harnessing the unique skills and experiences that women bring to the table, the initiative aims to create an environment conducive to women’s success in the workplace.

Integral to the MobilinkHER program are toolkits, training sessions, workshops, and mentoring opportunities, all designed to provide comprehensive support to women returning to work. These initiatives are being implemented in collaboration with Carnelian, a leading Communication Consulting firm renowned for its expertise in partnering with leaders across various industries. Carnelian specializes in offering a wide range of services, including Learning, HR Consulting, Coaching, Branding, Research, Customer Engagement, Events, and Psychometric Assessments.
