Pakistan Ministry of IT and Telecommunication, in collaboration with Meta, has invited Small and Medium Enterprises across the country to participate in the Small Business Growth Academy, a free learning programme aimed at helping businesses build their digital presence and explore opportunities for growth.

The Small Business Growth Academy is being offered to more than 1,000 Small and Medium Enterprises across Pakistan, with women-led businesses specifically encouraged to participate. According to the Ministry of IT and Telecommunication announcement, the programme is designed to provide participating businesses with learning opportunities focused on building a stronger digital presence, reaching more customers and developing practical knowledge in digital marketing and artificial intelligence tools. The initiative is positioned as a learning programme for businesses seeking to make greater use of digital channels and technologies in their day-to-day growth activities. Training under the programme is scheduled to begin in September 2026, giving eligible businesses an opportunity to register ahead of the start of the sessions. The collaboration with Meta brings a major technology platform into the programme, while the Ministry of IT and Telecommunication is supporting the initiative as part of its work with businesses around digital adoption and technology use.

The programme will focus on areas that are increasingly relevant to Small and Medium Enterprises as businesses use online platforms to establish their presence, communicate with customers and promote their products and services. Participants are expected to learn about digital marketing as well as artificial intelligence tools that can be applied in business activities. The programme also aims to help participating enterprises reach more customers through digital channels and identify opportunities for business growth. Rather than being a paid commercial course, the Small Business Growth Academy is being offered free of charge, allowing participating SMEs to access the learning programme without a stated programme fee. The inclusion of more than 1,000 SMEs indicates that the initiative is intended to reach a broad group of businesses across Pakistan, while the specific encouragement for women-led businesses highlights their participation within the programme.

Businesses interested in participating can register through the designated registration page at atomcamp.com/sbga/. The registration announcement comes ahead of the planned September 2026 training start, allowing SMEs to sign up before the learning programme begins. The Ministry of IT and Telecommunication has promoted the initiative under the broader Digital Pakistan theme, alongside references to SMEs, artificial intelligence for business and digital transformation. Through the Small Business Growth Academy, participating businesses will have access to training covering digital presence, customer reach, digital marketing and artificial intelligence tools, with the stated objective of helping them explore opportunities for growth. The programme therefore brings together government support, technology expertise and business-focused digital learning in an initiative aimed specifically at Small and Medium Enterprises operating across Pakistan. Women-led businesses have also been encouraged to take part, while the overall programme is expected to accommodate more than 1,000 SMEs when training begins in September 2026.
