Minister of State for IT meets Huawei Pakistan Delegation

Minister of State for IT and Telecommunication, Shaza Fatima Khawaja, recently convened with a delegation from Huawei Pakistan, led by CEO Ethan Sun. During the meeting, the minister delineated the Ministry’s vision for digitalizing Pakistan, fostering youth opportunities, and harnessing technology to bolster capacity and spur economic development.

Echoing this sentiment, Sun reiterated Huawei’s dedication as a pivotal stakeholder in the nation’s digital transformation journey, aiming to establish a fully connected, intelligent world.

The gathering saw the participation of key figures including Jahanzeb Rahim, Member Telecom, Faisal Ratyal, DG Telecom, Dr. Babar Majid Bhatti, CEO of NITB, along with Ahmed Bilal Masud, Director Subsidiary Board, Shahzad Rasheed, CEO of Huawei Cloud, Yu Shaoning, Deputy CEO of Public Affairs, and Saad Talha Saeed, Director of Public Affairs and Government Relations.
