Arslan Naseem, Chief Executive Officer of Kryptomind Pvt Ltd, has announced his candidacy for a seat on the PASHA Central Executive Committee for the 2026 to 2028 term, contesting from the Associate membership category. Naseem is a former Cisco technology veteran with more than fourteen years of experience across blockchain, artificial intelligence, Web3 and digital innovation, with a track record that spans work with Fortune 500 companies and leadership of crypto focused teams.
His manifesto opens with a commitment to connect technology with the new digital economy, proposing to bridge PASHA with fintech, blockchain and other emerging digital sectors by connecting technology companies with financial institutions, regulators, investors and new business opportunities. His second point focuses on building Pakistan’s AI and innovation ecosystem, aiming to enable Pakistani technology companies to access AI infrastructure, expertise and industry partnerships in order to build more innovative products, improve competitiveness, and create new export opportunities for the sector.

The remaining two points of his platform address policy engagement and internal connectivity. Naseem wants to strengthen policy advocacy by bringing member priorities directly to government bodies and regulators, building stronger institutional relationships and ensuring that industry concerns translate into practical policy outcomes rather than remaining unaddressed. His final commitment centers on building a stronger and more connected PASHA, proposing to expand meaningful networking and business opportunities across Pakistan by connecting members with CEOs, founders, investors, customers and partners, while also strengthening the PASHA secretariat to provide more responsive and member focused services.
Naseem’s candidacy comes as PASHA members prepare to vote on September 17, 2026, for the ten open seats of the Central Executive Committee, with two additional reserved seats for women entrepreneurs to be filled the following day by the newly elected committee. Based on the Election Commission’s regional structure, voting is expected to be coordinated across Islamabad and Rawalpindi, Lahore, and Karachi, where PASHA maintains its secretariat and regional offices. Voting will take place through secret ballot between 9 am and 5 pm, with original CNIC or passport required for identity verification at polling stations.
