JazzWorld has signed a Letter of Intent with the Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund to collaborate on initiatives aimed at expanding digital and financial inclusion, supporting livelihoods and accelerating socio-economic development for underserved communities across Pakistan. The partnership brings together JazzWorld’s digital capabilities with PPAF’s extensive community outreach network to design and implement programs targeting populations with limited access to digital and financial services.

Through the collaboration, the two organizations plan to jointly develop initiatives spanning community development, digital literacy, financial inclusion, support for women and youth, livelihood enhancement, climate resilience, and humanitarian response, alongside other mutually agreed social impact interventions. The approach combines technology, community engagement and strategic partnerships with the goal of building stronger community resilience while giving individuals the knowledge, skills and digital tools needed to participate more fully in Pakistan’s growing digital economy.

JazzWorld Chief Executive Officer Aamir Ibrahim said the company believes meaningful digital transformation must create opportunities for everyone, describing the partnership as a way to combine technology with community led development to expand access to digital services for underserved populations. Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund Chief Executive Officer Nadir Gul Barech said the organization’s mandate centers on enabling vulnerable communities to move beyond poverty through inclusive, community driven development, adding that the partnership would combine PPAF’s grassroots network and experience in livelihoods and financial inclusion with JazzWorld’s digital capabilities to extend services to underserved populations.

The Letter of Intent lays the groundwork for future collaborative programs between the two organizations, with both sides describing the partnership as an effort to build more inclusive and resilient communities across the country. The agreement reflects a broader pattern of Pakistani telecom and digital service providers partnering with development organizations to extend the reach of digital and financial services beyond urban centers, an approach increasingly seen as necessary for closing persistent gaps in digital access across rural and underserved parts of the country.
