Jazz, Pakistan’s leading digital conglomerate, has been recognized as the ‘Most Inclusive Company of the Year’ at the GDEIB Awards 2025, hosted by HR Metrics. This prestigious honor highlights Jazz’s dedication to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) at all levels, further strengthening its reputation as a trailblazer in workplace inclusivity.

The company achieved a perfect score, winning across all 15 DEI Best Practice categories with an impressive 75 out of 75 points. This recognition reflects Jazz’s comprehensive and results-driven approach to creating an equitable corporate environment. The award was received by Rabia Khattak, Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Jazz, and Tazeen Shahid, Chief People Officer at Jazz, who reaffirmed the company’s commitment to embedding DEI principles into its policies, corporate culture, and long-term business strategy.

Speaking at the event, Tazeen Shahid underscored the vital role businesses play in bridging the digital divide, promoting economic empowerment, and fostering women’s leadership. She emphasized that Jazz’s vision of “enabling lives and livelihoods through technology” is central to ensuring equitable access to opportunities and driving meaningful change in the corporate sector.

Jazz has consistently led the way in championing workplace diversity through strategic initiatives, inclusive policies, and sustained advocacy efforts. The company remains committed to creating a culture where individuals from diverse backgrounds feel valued, empowered, and motivated to contribute. The GDEIB Award reaffirms Jazz’s position as a leader in workplace inclusivity, setting new benchmarks for diversity and equitable representation within Pakistan’s corporate sector.
