Garaj, the enterprise cloud services brand of Jazz, has rolled out Webkaari, a comprehensive digital platform designed to help entrepreneurs, freelancers, and businesses establish and expand their online presence. The platform brings together a website builder, AI-powered writing and design tools, built-in SEO optimization, and a fully integrated e-commerce system, making it easier for professionals to operate in the digital economy without requiring advanced technical expertise. By combining accessibility with professional-grade features, Webkaari seeks to fill a significant gap in Pakistan’s fast-growing but underserved freelance and SME sectors.

Pakistan ranks among the world’s top five freelance economies, contributing hundreds of millions of dollars in export revenues each year. However, a large number of freelancers and small businesses still face barriers in developing professional websites and accessing reliable payment systems, which in turn affects their ability to compete globally. Webkaari aims to address these challenges through mobile-responsive website templates, intuitive creation tools, and—for the first time in a Garaj product—a secure payment gateway that allows instant transactions via bank transfers, cards, and mobile wallets. This innovation reduces delays in B2B payments, which often take days to process, and directly supports freelancers and SMEs who struggle with late or inconsistent compensation.

Abdul Rehman Usmani, Chief Product Officer at Jazz, highlighted the vision behind Webkaari by stating, “With Webkaari, we are making it easier than ever for Pakistan’s businesses and creators to take control of their online presence. From building a website to selling products online, this platform brings everything together—AI-powered assistance, secure instant payments, and SEO readiness. Our mission is to equip entrepreneurs with the tools they need to grow, compete, and thrive in today’s digital economy.” His remarks underscore Jazz’s broader commitment to enabling technology adoption across Pakistan’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Beyond website building and e-commerce functionality, Webkaari also integrates features designed to enhance service delivery and brand credibility. These include appointment scheduling software for service-based businesses, seamless domain registration, and professional email solutions. The inclusion of advanced SEO features ensures that businesses can optimize visibility, attract new customers, and build long-term digital relevance. By making professional digital infrastructure accessible to a wider base of users, Webkaari positions itself as a powerful enabler for Pakistan’s freelancers, startups, and SMEs who often lack the technical expertise or financial resources to adopt global-standard solutions.

Webkaari also reflects Jazz’s ongoing evolution under its ServiceCo strategy, which aims to move beyond telecom connectivity and provide value-added digital services across multiple verticals. The launch aligns with Jazz’s diverse portfolio, which includes JazzCash in fintech, Tamasha in digital entertainment, SIMOSA for customer self-service, FikrFree in InsurTech, Garaj for enterprise cloud solutions, and GameNow in online gaming. By introducing Webkaari, Jazz strengthens its role in supporting Pakistan’s digital transformation and reinforces its commitment to empowering individuals and businesses with practical, scalable, and future-ready digital solutions.
