Jazz Business has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Yango, the international ride-hailing and mobility platform operating in Pakistan, to provide connectivity solutions for Yango’s drivers and partners across the country. The agreement was formalized at a signing ceremony attended by senior representatives from both organizations and positions Jazz Business as the telecommunications backbone supporting Yango’s growing driver and partner network as the ride-hailing sector in Pakistan continues to expand.

The partnership is designed to address a practical and increasingly important requirement within Pakistan’s ride-hailing ecosystem: reliable, consistent mobile connectivity for drivers who depend on uninterrupted data access to receive ride requests, navigate routes, communicate with passengers, and manage their earnings through digital platforms. As ride-hailing services have grown from urban novelties into an essential part of daily commuting infrastructure in Pakistan’s major cities, the operational efficiency of drivers has become directly tied to the quality of the connectivity they have access to while on the road. By bringing Jazz Business into this equation through a formal agreement, Yango is securing dedicated enterprise-grade connectivity support for its workforce rather than leaving individual drivers to manage their own data plans independently.

For Jazz Business, the partnership with Yango represents a further deepening of its footprint in Pakistan’s digital economy through enterprise and business-to-business solutions, a segment that Jazz World Enterprise Solutions has been actively growing as demand for corporate connectivity, Internet of Things applications, and mobility-linked telecommunications services increases across multiple industries. The collaboration also reflects a broader trend of telecommunications companies positioning themselves as enablers of the digital platform economy rather than purely as providers of voice and data services to individual consumers. By powering the connectivity layer that underpins Yango’s operations across Pakistan, Jazz Business is strengthening its role as infrastructure for the country’s connected mobility sector, with the partnership expected to benefit thousands of drivers and partners operating under the Yango platform nationwide.
