Jazz Business, Pakistan’s leading digital solutions provider, has entered into a strategic partnership with Mercantile, the authorized distributor of Apple products in the country, to launch the nation’s first B2B iPhone buy-back program. The initiative, announced at a formal signing ceremony, marks a new milestone in enterprise mobility solutions by providing businesses with a structured model to trade in older devices for the latest Apple iPhones. The collaboration is expected to reduce financial barriers for enterprises, improve device lifecycle management, and promote sustainability in corporate technology adoption, positioning both companies at the forefront of Pakistan’s enterprise technology landscape.

The agreement was signed by Umar Malik, Head of Devices & Partnerships at Jazz Business, and Muhammad Zeeshan, Head of Marketing at Mercantile. Both organizations emphasized the importance of this program in enhancing digital transformation for businesses across various industries. By integrating affordability with sustainability, the initiative will allow companies to seamlessly upgrade their devices while reducing upfront capital expenditure. Jazz Business partners who join the pilot phase of the program will gain access to exclusive benefits, including a two-year warranty package — one year from Apple and one year from Mercantile — as well as access to Mercantile Care, the network of Apple Authorized Service Provider centers based in Lahore and Islamabad. These service centers ensure that all products, accessories, and after-sales services are 100% original and meet Apple’s global standards.

Umar Malik highlighted that the program demonstrates Jazz Business’ commitment to delivering cutting-edge enterprise mobility solutions that align with evolving business needs. He stated that the iPhone buy-back initiative will not only optimize device management for enterprises but also accelerate the pace of digital transformation in Pakistan. By addressing key challenges such as high upfront investment and long device replacement cycles, the program aims to empower organizations with tools that improve operational efficiency and employee productivity. Similarly, Nauman Durrani, CEO of Mercantile, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, noting that it brings the full Apple ecosystem closer to customers in Pakistan. He added that the program assures buyback for iPhones, offers two-year warranties, and includes AppleCare for Macs and iPads along with reliable after-sales support, further strengthening enterprise confidence in technology adoption.

Through this collaboration, Jazz Business and Mercantile are not only introducing a first-of-its-kind program in Pakistan but also setting the stage for long-term customer retention and revenue growth within the enterprise sector. By providing a reliable and structured pathway for device upgrades, the initiative ensures businesses can focus on growth while remaining aligned with global technology practices. Moreover, the emphasis on sustainability and recycling within the buy-back framework reflects a growing recognition of environmentally responsible practices in the local technology market. With both organizations leveraging their expertise — Jazz Business in digital solutions and Mercantile in Apple’s distribution and service — the program is expected to serve as a model for enterprise mobility and device lifecycle solutions in the country, reinforcing their leadership in reshaping business technology strategies.
