As part of our International Women’s Day 2018 series, Aqida Kaleem, Manager Client Experience for Careem (Punjab), shares with IDG Pakistan on what success means at her organization:
“At Careem, the recipe for success is to think and act big, while never leaving our humility behind. Eagerness to learn, and hard work, is always recognized. Remain loyal to your potential, and aim for the stars.”
The ride-sharing app Careem has helped innumerable women travel safely through the streets of Pakistan. With the successful execution of its female captains, Careem is now all set to launch a program for Careem female bike captains as well and that is exactly the kind of movement we need in our society today; the no-restriction policy.
