Pakistan is preparing for one of the most significant technology events in the country as ITCN Asia 2026 gears up to welcome a diverse group of industry leaders, innovators, entrepreneurs, technology enthusiasts, and corporate decision-makers to Lahore Expo Center from January 17 to 19, 2026. Now in its 27th edition, ITCN Asia has established itself as a premier platform for IT and ITeS companies to interact directly with CXOs, investors, and stakeholders from both national and international markets. The festival aims to provide participants with unparalleled exposure to emerging technologies, innovative solutions, and transformative digital initiatives that are shaping the future of Pakistan’s technology ecosystem. With a mix of exhibitions, live demonstrations, and interactive sessions, ITCN Asia 2026 is designed to facilitate meaningful connections and offer actionable insights for companies seeking to expand their reach, drive business growth, and position themselves at the forefront of the rapidly evolving tech landscape.

To encourage wider industry participation and support smaller IT and ITeS enterprises, Pakistan Software Export Board is offering a 50% subsidy on 9-SQM shell scheme exhibition booths. This subsidy reduces the cost of participation to just PKR 100,000 per booth, making it more accessible for startups and emerging companies to gain a strong presence at the festival. Each booth will come fully equipped with a fascia board prominently displaying the participating company’s name and will include placement of the organization’s profile in the official exhibition eCatalog. This setup not only ensures maximum visibility among a curated audience of business leaders, potential clients, and technology innovators but also provides companies with opportunities to showcase their products and solutions in a professional, high-impact environment. By lowering barriers to participation, PSEB aims to strengthen engagement across the industry, promote innovation, and enable smaller firms to compete alongside larger corporations on an equal footing.

Participating companies at ITCN Asia 2026 will have the opportunity to present their latest technologies, interact with prospective clients, explore collaborative ventures, and build long-term partnerships. The festival is structured to highlight technological advancements in software, hardware, IT services, and digital solutions, providing a comprehensive view of Pakistan’s growing technology sector. The event will also feature sessions on best practices, market trends, and investment strategies, offering attendees valuable insights into scaling operations, optimizing processes, and leveraging technology for competitive advantage. By bringing together a diverse mix of participants from across the country and international markets, ITCN Asia 2026 aims to facilitate knowledge sharing, drive innovation adoption, and reinforce Pakistan’s position as a regional technology hub.

To confirm participation, interested companies are required to submit applications by January 7, 2026, along with a pay order of PKR 100,000 in favor of Pakistan Software Export Board. The festival promises an inclusive environment for startups, established technology firms, and emerging IT service providers to network, engage with industry leaders, and explore potential investment opportunities. With its wide-ranging exhibitor base, high-level discussions, and exposure to cutting-edge technologies, ITCN Asia 2026 is poised to become a landmark event that accelerates innovation, fosters industry collaboration, and drives the growth of Pakistan’s technology ecosystem for years to come.
