ITCN Asia 2024: Unveiling the Future of Pakistan’s Thriving IT Industry

The 25th edition of ITCN Asia, Pakistan’s premier IT exhibition, has successfully concluded at the Expo Center in Karachi. The three-day event, held under the auspices of Tech Destination Pakistan, powered by Huawei, drew a large crowd of 70,000+ visitors and featured participation from 700 companies representing 18 countries.

The exhibition showcased a wide range of sectors within the IT industry, including software development, telecommunications, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and more. This provided a valuable platform for stakeholders to connect, network, and explore business opportunities.

With its 25-year history, ITCN Asia has established itself as a trusted and renowned event, attracting global companies and facilitating industry growth.

“The success of ITCN Asia 2024 is a testament to the growing importance of Pakistan’s IT industry in the global market,” said Project Director ITCN Asia, Umair Nizam.

“We are thrilled to have provided a platform for companies to showcase their products and services, and for industry professionals to learn about the latest trends and innovations. We look forward to building on this success in future editions.”

The event’s success is expected to generate business worth $500 million, underscoring its significance in Pakistan’s IT landscape and its potential to drive economic growth in the technology sector. The strong turnout and international participation demonstrate the exhibition’s importance as a hub for promoting various IT-related sectors and facilitating industry growth.

Shaza Fatima Khawaja, Minister of State for IT and Telecommunication, also graced the event, highlighting the government’s commitment to supporting the IT industry and promoting digital transformation in the country.
