Google has announced its first-ever Pehla Qadam Bootcamp in Pakistan, set to take place in Lahore on October 22, 2025. This invite-only event aims to equip local businesses, app developers, and startups with the skills and insights needed to build scalable digital growth strategies using Google Ads and AdMob. The initiative marks Google’s effort to engage directly with Pakistan’s business and tech ecosystem by providing hands-on learning experiences guided by experts from the company’s international team. Registration for the event closes on October 10, 2025, with a limited number of participants to be selected through an application process.

The Pehla Qadam Bootcamp is designed for a broad range of participants, including software houses developing and managing mobile applications or games, as well as traditional businesses such as textile, leather, manufacturing, sportswear, and export-oriented enterprises. The program’s central goal is to help these businesses learn how to attract, engage, convert, and retain customers through data-driven marketing and digital advertising tools. According to Google, the bootcamp will provide a deep dive into how to use Google Ads effectively to reach the right customers and how to monetize digital assets through AdMob. Participants will gain exposure to key strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and sales through platforms such as Google Search, YouTube, Google Play, and the Display Network.

A team of expert Googlers will be flying in to lead the session and spend a half day with selected business representatives, helping them tackle real marketing and operational challenges. The training will cover topics including optimizing advertising campaigns, managing budgets effectively, and integrating digital tools into business workflows for better results. Attendees will also explore how to create tailored advertising strategies that align with their customer journey, with practical demonstrations on scaling ad campaigns for both local and international audiences. This initiative highlights Google’s focus on enabling small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and entrepreneurs to strengthen their digital presence and adopt best practices in online growth and monetization.

The Pehla Qadam Bootcamp is part of Google’s broader commitment to supporting Pakistan’s fast-growing digital economy. Through its Think with Google and Google for Startups programs, the company continues to promote innovation, digital literacy, and entrepreneurship across emerging markets. Interested participants can apply for an invitation through the official registration link at https://lnkd.in/dJ3msUDD. For many local businesses, this event offers an opportunity to gain direct mentorship, understand global advertising frameworks, and learn how to scale their digital strategies effectively. By helping participants take their “first step” into structured digital transformation, Google aims to empower Pakistani enterprises with the knowledge and tools needed to compete confidently in the evolving global marketplace.
