GBG Peshawar Returns with BizFest 2019

Google Business Group-Peshawar is yet again taking on Peshawar, the provincial metropolitan city’s technology and entrepreneurial scene to the top. BizFest 2019 is all set to take place on 24th November 2019 at Pearl Continental Hotel, Peshawar.

With this full day event, GBG Peshawar is putting up a full day for technology enthusiasts from around the KPK region and beyond. The tracks of the conference revolve around technology and soft skills development, encouraging the youth to come forward and participate. The day includes panel discussions, talks, and workshops on topics as interesting as growth hacking, confidence building measures and the like, including:

  • Android and Play
  • I am Remarkable
  • WomenWill
  • Growth Hacking
  • Google’s Digital Garage
  • Design Sprint
  • Entrepreneurship

Key speakers for the event include KPK’s Minister for Information Technology, Kamran Bangash and Shahram Khan Tarakai, current provincial minister of KPK of local Government, Elections and Rural Development.

Additionally, the day has sessions lined up by Favad Soomro, Sarwat Gillani, Hira Irshad, Sadia Bashir, Bilal Farooq Khan, Ghalia Naseer, Muhammad Azfar Ahsan, Khaya Ahmed, Maryam Arshad, Kiran Fatema, Maidah Arshad, Syed Hassan Talal, Muhammad Hilal, Salman Yusuf, Mehvish Mazhar, and many others.

GBG-Peshawar is led by Maryam Arshad for the last five years and has successfully made its name as one of the most active groups working in the technology and community building space in Peshawar, KPK.
