Former Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan, has rapidly risen to the top ranks of the short-video platform TikTok, securing a staggering 6.7 million followers as of the latest count. Imran Khan’s TikTok journey has been nothing short of a phenomenon, with his videos amassing over 40.7 million likes and an impressive 450 million views.

Setting a remarkable precedent, Imran Khan achieved this milestone in an exceptionally short span of time. In just 24 hours since his official account’s creation, he garnered a remarkable 3 million followers, underscoring his immense popularity on the platform.

His TikTok success places him ahead of numerous other global political figures who have ventured onto the platform. Notable personalities in this category include El Salvador’s President Nayib Bukele, boasting 6.6 million followers, and Brazil’s former President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, with 4.4 million followers.

Securing the fourth and fifth spots are French President Emmanuel Macron, drawing in 3.9 million TikTok followers, and Colombia’s President Gustavo Petro, amassing a following of 1.7 million.

The list further includes various other politicians with follower counts in the million range. Among them are US Senator Bernie Sanders, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, and US Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

Imran Khan’s consistent uploads have significantly contributed to his burgeoning following. Given his rapid ascent, it wouldn’t be surprising to witness him crossing the remarkable 10 million follower mark in the near future. This achievement underscores the dynamic potential of social media platforms in engaging with a diverse and global audience.
