EPL (Private) Limited has won two awards at the Pakistan Digital Awards, with its ventures CBA and Keytaab both receiving recognition in categories that reflect the company’s growing footprint across digital commerce and digital learning in Pakistan.

CBA, EPL’s digital distribution platform, was named Best Retail and Distribution Technology for its work in building one of the country’s largest digital distribution networks. The platform currently serves more than 100,000 retailers across 500 cities and processes services for over 10 million customers every month. Through its technology infrastructure, CBA enables retailers to offer utility bill payments, mobile wallet services, digital recharges, Quick Response code-based payments, travel and ticketing solutions, digital lending for working capital, and a catalogue of more than 25,000 mobile commerce products. The platform is designed to convert traditional retail outlets into digitally enabled service points, giving small businesses access to financial services and a broader range of revenue streams while simultaneously connecting consumers with a growing range of digital financial products at the neighbourhood level.

Keytaab, EPL’s digital learning platform, received the EdTech of the Year award for its contribution to expanding access to skills-based education across the country. The platform offers structured learning programmes covering Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, coding, information technology, business management, languages, healthcare operations, and a range of professional development disciplines. Keytaab is positioned at the intersection of education and employability, aiming to connect learners with curriculum that reflects actual industry demand rather than generic academic content, while removing geographical barriers through its technology-enabled delivery model.

The awards were received by a cross-functional team representing both platforms, including Rizwan Jamil, Head of Product at CBA, Ibad Shahid, Head of Business Development at Keytaab, Kazi Abdul Muktadir, Chief Executive Officer of Hilal Financial Services, Shahzad Najam, Country Head of Sales and Distribution at CBA, Mustansar Ali Khan, Head of Organisational Support Services and Government Relations at CBA, and Aamir Khan, Zonal Sales Manager at CBA. EPL operates a diversified portfolio of technology ventures spanning digital distribution, payments, identity verification, cybersecurity, digital learning, and Islamic digital finance, with the Pakistan Digital Awards recognition adding to the company’s record of institutional acknowledgement across multiple sectors of Pakistan’s digital economy.
