Exhibitions Owner, Trade Fair, Trade Shows Exhibition Organizer, and Event Management Company with Strategic Partners and Major Operations in Pakistan is Ecommerce Gateway Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd.

Since its inception in 2001, Ecommerce Gateway has expanded its reach to include all of Pakistan’s major cities through a two-pronged strategy while also building a network of partners in China, Turkey, South Korea, the United Kingdom, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates, Central Asian Republics, the Middle East, India, and the Far East.

With a solid network of agents and assisting organisations, Ecommerce Gateway is now well-positioned to effectively plan large-scale exhibits and conferences around the area.

Ecommerce Gateway is presently considered as Pakistan’s top event organiser, putting on over 20 exhibitions at the Karachi Expo Centre each year. It has organised some of the biggest and most successful events in Pakistan, including ITCN Asia, Textile Asia, ITIF Asia, Build Asia, and Health Asia.

In an interview with TechX Pakistan at the ITCN Asia 2022 Expo Center in Karachi, Mr. Umair Nizam, Vice President of Ecommerce Gateway, discussed his future ambitions and his thoughts on the engagement of technology businesses. “We always attempted to urge startups to emerge in the market to recognise themselves and also obtain validation from these sorts of events since it is a step towards the part of a financial hub like others,” the speaker said.

Additionally, he said, “There is a need for domestic commerce to boost our IT exports; I often emphasise that if you want to boost your nation’s IT exports like those of your neighbours, you need your major enterprises to collaborate with domestic firms. These small businesses will benefit from having strong portfolios, which will make it easier for them to enter the global market.

He concluded by expressing his gratitude to TechX Pakistan in particular for covering tech events throughout the globe, particularly in Pakistan. He also expressed gratitude for the work we are doing to promote our nation and our bright citizens.

Launched in 1967 internationally, ComputerWorld is the oldest tech magazine/media property in the world. In Pakistan, ComputerWorld was launched in 1995. Initially providing news to IT executives only, once CIO Pakistan, its sister brand from the same family, was launched and took over the enterprise reporting domain in Pakistan, CWPK has emerged as a holistic technology media platform reporting everything tech in the country. It remains the oldest continuous IT publishing brand in the country and in 2025 is set to turn 30 years old, which will be its biggest benchmark and a legacy it hopes to continue for years to come.
