PSEB a vital organ of IT ministry

Anusha Rahman said PSEB was a vital organ of the Ministry of IT which was needed to be more vibrant and productive for the nourishment of the industry.  According to Anusha Rahman in regard to the recent survey conducted by Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) to get the feedback of the IT industry regarding certifications and accreditations initiative, 80% of the stakeholders have given positive feedback and endorsed this venture of Ministry of IT.

Dreary response to 3G and 4G in Pakistan

Pakistan will raise no more than $850 million. “The finance minister (Ishaq Dar) is very angry, so much so that he wants to call off the auction if we are so embarrassingly off target,” as heard by an official on his team, who declined to be identified as he is not authorized to speak officially on the matter. This has happened because of an overly keen IT ministry which oversold an undercooked plan to its fiscal managers. It looks like heads may roll on this one.
