The Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited has made it possible for consumers to inspect, download, and pay their duplicate bills online with the PTCL Duplicate Bill 2022 option.

For individuals who unintentionally misplaced their bill or who wish to maintain a record of their prior invoices, this is a fantastic chance. The PTCL services are used in residences, workplaces, commercial spaces, and establishments around the nation.
With a variety of user packages that include unlimited video streaming, unrestricted gaming, unending browsing, Smart TV, broadband, and telephone services, PTCL is well known for its high-speed internet capabilities. The largest telecommunications provider now offers flexible invoicing options.

Users no longer have to wait in huge lines to utilise the online bill paying service. Furthermore, there is no need to be concerned if you unintentionally lose or forget your bill. Using only your phone number and account ID number, check and download the duplicate bill.

PTCL Duplicate bill

The landline number and PTCL Account ID are necessary for checking and downloading the duplicate bill. The detailed instructions are listed below.

Step 1: PTCL Website

Visit the webpage for the PTCL duplicate bill. Both PTCL Landline and PTCL EVO/CharJi bill will be available. To get a duplicate bill for your landline, select that option. To obtain a duplicate bill for your internet account, select the PTCL EVO bill.

Step 2: Complete the Credential Form

The opportunity to input an MDN or an MSN number will appear in a new window. After entering MDN, fill in the slot with your phone number and area code. In the field provided for the MSN number, enter the Account ID. Click “search.”

Step 3: Download the pdf Duplicate bill

Now a Duplicate copy of the bill will appear on your screen in pdf format. Click on the save option to download the pdf file of the bill. A print can also be taken out if you want to save the hard copy.

PTCL Touch App

With the PTCL touch app, customers may now use PTCL bill checks. Click the Bill Inquiry and Payment option after logging in and registering on the app. Select the month you wish to receive the bill by clicking on the D-bill. To verify all the duplicate bills on the app, select the Download and Continue option.

PTCL Account

For the purpose of tracking PTCL online bills, users can create a PTCL account. On the official website, an account may be created. Users can get e-payment services through email after creating an account.
