CodeLabs LLC and Al Busayra Delivery Services LLC (ABDS) have signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at GITEX GLOBAL 2025 to jointly design and implement a customized end-to-end fleet management system. The agreement, formalized between CodeLabs CEO Asif Zia and ABDS CEO Zaheer Abbas, represents an important collaboration aimed at strengthening the logistics technology ecosystem across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. The signing took place during GITEX GLOBAL 2025, a major platform where regional and international technology firms gather to showcase solutions shaping the future of digital innovation and enterprise efficiency.

The new system being developed under this partnership will provide a comprehensive digital solution to manage the complete lifecycle of rider operations. It will cover onboarding, digital training, real-time route tracking, performance monitoring, and automated payroll management. Designed with scalability and transparency in mind, the platform will enable logistics companies to optimize their delivery networks, reduce operational inefficiencies, and enhance overall service quality. Both organizations emphasized that the system’s data-driven architecture will empower decision-makers to leverage analytics for continuous improvement in performance and cost control.

Speaking at the event, CodeLabs CEO Asif Zia stated that the collaboration reflects CodeLabs’ commitment to supporting enterprises through intelligent, customizable software tailored to their operational needs. He highlighted that CodeLabs continues to focus on developing high-impact digital tools that transform business processes and enable measurable outcomes. ABDS CEO Zaheer Abbas shared that this partnership aligns with his company’s vision to modernize delivery services by integrating technology into every step of the supply chain. He said that through this collaboration, ABDS aims to enhance customer satisfaction and operational visibility while setting new benchmarks for delivery efficiency in the region.

The partnership between CodeLabs and ABDS represents a mutual effort to digitize logistics infrastructure and advance the UAE’s broader digital transformation goals. As the logistics sector continues to evolve rapidly, technology integration has become essential for maintaining competitiveness and sustainability. Through this initiative, both companies seek to contribute to that shift by combining expertise in software innovation and logistics operations. With the deployment of the new fleet management solution, they aim to create a scalable model that can be adopted by other regional enterprises seeking to transition from manual systems to fully automated, technology-led operations.

By participating in GITEX GLOBAL 2025 and forging this partnership, CodeLabs and ABDS have reinforced their shared vision of driving innovation and efficiency across the logistics and delivery industry in the GCC. The initiative stands as an example of how strategic collaboration between technology providers and service operators can shape the next phase of smart logistics in the region.
