Initially started as only Mobile phones and accessories dealer, Bytes.pk has now become a full-fledge online store with products from different categories such as Accessories, Fashion, Mobile Phones, Electronics, food, office supplies etc. After a test launch on different social media sites, Bytes.pk launched its fully functional website on Jan, 2015.

Bytes.pk is a part of mGadgets which is one of the largest mobile phone distributors in Pakistan. They initially started with the aim of becoming a better online store but now they’ve started their own product lines as well. Recently, bytes.pk released its own brand by the name ‘Elements Protection’ which produces numerous top-notch mobile phone accessories.

Their business model is a bit untraditional in a sense that their major focus is on used mobile phones. Lately, they have also added new products to their online store such as mobile accessories, brand new smart phones, home appliances and t-shirts. But still, used mobile phones are their differentiating factor from other online stores. Also their Deals are quite popular as daily they offer new deals and on products from different categories which is an attractive feature of this website.

The biggest aim of Bytes.pk is to provide international quality customer service in Pakistan and so far it seems like that they have managed it pretty well. They are planning to expand their business into other categories and launch their own brands in different categories. So hopefully we’ll get to see a lot of new, high quality products on Bytes.pk.
