Bano Qabil Pakistan has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Creation Next Inc at the Aga Khan Foundation Pakistan Head Office, formalising a corporate partnership that will create direct employment and internship pathways for Bano Qabil’s technology graduates through the qabil.jobs platform. The agreement was signed by Shahid Iqbal, Chief Executive Officer of Bano Qabil Pakistan, and the executive leadership of Creation Next Inc, with both parties committing to a collaboration designed to close the persistent gap between technical education and meaningful industry placement for young Pakistanis entering the technology workforce.

Under the partnership, Creation Next Inc will join qabil.jobs as a corporate partner, giving Bano Qabil graduates direct access to employment and internship opportunities within the company’s operations. The collaboration extends beyond recruitment to include technical workshops, mentorship programmes, and industry exposure initiatives structured to give graduates a more grounded understanding of professional technology environments before and during their transition into full-time employment.

By combining job placement with ongoing skill development and mentorship, the partnership addresses both the supply-side gap in work-ready talent and the demand-side concern among employers that fresh graduates often require significant onboarding before becoming productive contributors. This model of pairing training outcomes with structured corporate engagement reflects Bano Qabil’s broader approach of treating employment as the intended endpoint of every training cohort rather than an outcome that graduates must pursue independently after certification.

Bano Qabil Pakistan has been operating as one of the more prominent government-backed digital skills development initiatives in the country, training thousands of young people in technology disciplines with the explicit aim of connecting them to employment rather than simply delivering certification. Each new corporate partner on qabil.jobs expands the pool of opportunities available to graduates across Bano Qabil’s growing alumni community, with the Creation Next Inc partnership adding another credible pathway through which technically trained young Pakistanis can enter the formal technology employment ecosystem.
