Astrik has unveiled Chattrik, described as Pakistan’s first AI enabled live chat solution developed entirely by local talent, marking an important step for the country’s growing digital ecosystem. The platform has been designed to deliver what the company terms a complete last mile and beyond customer experience, focusing on how businesses interact with website visitors in real time. With digital platforms becoming central to customer acquisition and support, Chattrik is positioned to help Pakistani businesses engage, assist, and convert visitors more effectively through intelligent and responsive conversations. The launch highlights the increasing role of homegrown technology solutions in addressing challenges traditionally handled by global software providers.

According to Astrik, Chattrik has been built specifically for high traffic online platforms where delayed responses often result in lost leads and missed opportunities. The solution combines AI driven intelligence with structured routing to ensure visitors are connected to the right responses at the right time. By enabling instant and human like interactions, the platform allows businesses to respond faster and more accurately to customer queries, reducing friction in the decision making process. Astrik stated that many organizations struggle to manage large volumes of inquiries, especially during peak hours, and Chattrik is intended to address this gap by maintaining consistent engagement without compromising personalization. The system focuses on turning casual website visits into meaningful interactions that support conversions and long term customer relationships.

One of the key features highlighted at the launch is Chattrik’s plug and play architecture, which removes the need for industry specific bot training before deployment. The platform comes pre trained across more than 20 industries, including fashion, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and several other sectors, allowing businesses to activate AI powered chat functionality immediately after integration. This approach significantly lowers technical barriers for adoption, particularly for small and mid sized organizations that may not have dedicated AI or data teams. Astrik emphasized that by reducing setup time and complexity, businesses can start seeing value from the platform quickly while still benefiting from industry relevant responses and contextual understanding. The design also supports scalability, making it suitable for organizations with growing digital footprints.

Speaking during the launch ceremony, Akash Ramchandani, Co Founder and Chairman of Astrik, said that Chattrik represents an important advancement for Pakistan’s digital ecosystem. He noted that the platform is intended to go beyond basic chat functionality, positioning it as a tool that supports trust building, instant support, and improved conversion outcomes for businesses operating online. Ramchandani added that Chattrik reflects Astrik’s commitment to developing technology locally while addressing global business needs. Founder and CEO Shahnawaz Abro echoed similar sentiments, stating that Astrik’s vision is centered on creating solutions that directly support business growth. He explained that with Chattrik, real time customer engagement is being redefined so that every conversation can contribute to stronger relationships and measurable performance improvements. With its official launch, Chattrik enters the market as a locally built AI solution aimed at strengthening digital customer communication in Pakistan by combining industry aware intelligence with business focused design principles.
