Pakistan’s top Tekken player, Arslan, has bounced back from a disappointing showing at the Esports World Cup with a dominant performance at Thunderstruck 2024 in Monterrey, Mexico.

Arslan not only secured the win in the Tekken 8 tournament but also clinched the title in the King of Fighters XV event. This double victory is a testament to his exceptional skills and versatility.

The win in King of Fighters XV is particularly significant, as the series has played a crucial role in the development of Pakistan’s fighting game community. Arslan’s victory over home favorite DanyKOF in the grand finals is a major accomplishment.

In Tekken 8, Arslan defeated compatriot Farzeen in the grand finals to secure his second title of the tournament. This victory will boost his confidence as he prepares for the Tekken World Tour Finals.

Both Arslan and Farzeen are currently in strong positions to qualify for the World Tour Finals, with Arslan ranked third on the global leaderboard and Farzeen leading the regional rankings for Pakistan.
