Agile Pakistan will hold the 13th Agile Conference Pakistan (ACP26) on Saturday, 14 November 2026, at Air University in Islamabad, from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. The event is billed as a national platform for business agility, artificial intelligence (AI), and digital transformation, and it is meant to bring together executives, technology leaders, innovators, entrepreneurs, practitioners, academics, and government representatives. According to the ACP26 website, the conference will cover practical strategies, transformation stories, and lessons that organisations can use to improve business outcomes. It is co-hosted by the Agile Pakistan chapters in Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi, and Air University is the official event partner under a memorandum of understanding with Agile Pakistan.
The programme runs over three days. A QA Automation Masterclass takes place on Friday, 13 November, from 10 am to 5 pm, followed by the main conference on 14 November, which has keynotes, panels, and networking. An Agile Masterclass titled Road to PSM1 follows on Sunday, 15 November, from 10 am to 5 pm. Tickets for the main conference alone cost Rs7,000, while a pass that adds either masterclass costs Rs14,999, and a pass covering all three days costs Rs29,998. The registration page showed that 70 percent of the seats were still available at the time of writing, and the pricing page says each masterclass pass includes a free conference pass for the main day.
The conference has lined up a mix of industry and community partners. Pakistan IT Industry Association (P@SHA) is the Industry Partner, Cowork24 is the Bronze Partner, and Naqsh Consulting is the Badge Partner. Atlassian Community Islamabad, Pakistan Tech Forum, Dot Media, and Open Islamabad are listed as Outreach Partners. Sponsorship packages range from Rs100,000 for a Bronze sponsor to Rs1 million for a Platinum sponsor, with category partnerships for food, giveaways, printing, venue branding, and badges. Agile Pakistan has also issued a call for thought leaders to speak at the event, and the speakers page on the conference website lists the programme as it is confirmed.
Agile Pakistan describes itself as a community-driven body that promotes Agile methods in the country through conferences, workshops, and community events, and its video channel says it was founded in 2014. It held its previous conference series in 2024 across three cities, with events in Karachi on 7 September, in Lahore on 26 October, and in Islamabad on 9 November. For 2026, the organisers have moved to a single Islamabad venue and added two masterclasses around the main conference day. Agile methods, which break projects into short cycles with regular feedback, are widely used by software teams, and the conference’s focus on AI and business agility reflects a shift towards applying them in wider management and digital transformation work. The organisers have not yet published a full session schedule or the names of keynote speakers in the material reviewed, so those details are expected to appear on the conference website as the date approaches.
