10Pearls has partnered with Orange Tree Foundation (OTF) to build a more connected and scalable digital foundation for the nonprofit’s education initiatives. Through this partnership, 10Pearls is designing a centralized Scholarship, Donor, and Finance Management System that will connect admissions, donor management, student affairs, and financial operations, helping OTF streamline workflows, improve visibility, and scale its impact. OTF, established in 2011, funds need-cum-merit-based scholarships for financially disadvantaged students at partner institutions including IBA Karachi and LUMS, alongside its own in-house programming based out of DHA Karachi, giving it a fairly complex set of stakeholders spanning donors, partner universities, and student beneficiaries that a fragmented, manual system would struggle to coordinate effectively.
The solution is built on Symbox, 10Pearls’ proprietary workflow automation and orchestration platform, and will help automate student and donor lifecycles while bringing critical data and processes together into a single system. This kind of centralized architecture addresses a specific operational challenge nonprofits like OTF commonly face, where admissions data, donor records, and financial tracking often live in separate spreadsheets or disconnected tools, making it difficult to get a unified view of how a scholarship programme is actually performing across its full lifecycle.
