Zong 4G, in partnership with Batik, a prominent clothing brand in Pakistan, has inked a formal agreement aimed at enhancing connectivity and digital solutions for Batik’s workforce across the nation. With Batik’s widespread presence in seven major cities and over 14 outlets, this collaboration signifies a strategic move by Zong 4G to bolster the brand’s performance and broaden its customer base.

Under the agreement, Zong 4G will provide GSM connectivity, attendance management solutions, and push-to-talk devices for Batik’s dispersed workforce, spanning factories, corporate offices, and retail outlets. Additionally, the collaboration will leverage mobile advertising to extend Batik’s reach to Zong 4G’s subscriber base across Pakistan.

This partnership aligns with Zong 4G’s mission to drive digitalization and enhance performance for businesses in Pakistan. Leveraging initiatives like Z-Verse, a unified communication platform, Zong 4G aims to seamlessly integrate essential enterprise communication tools, enabling businesses to optimize their processes and improve efficiency. Moreover, Zong 4G will ensure fixed connectivity at multiple Batik locations to facilitate streamlined communication and enhance internal operations.

Reflecting on the significance of the collaboration, a spokesperson for Zong 4G expressed their commitment to further strengthening the partnership and expanding their product offerings to meet the evolving needs of businesses in Pakistan. This collaboration represents a pivotal step in Zong 4G’s broader efforts to facilitate enterprise digitalization and optimize communication processes nationwide.

CWPK Legacy
Launched in 1967 internationally, ComputerWorld is the oldest tech magazine/media property in the world. In Pakistan, ComputerWorld was launched in 1995. Initially providing news to IT executives only, once CIO Pakistan, its sister brand from the same family, was launched and took over the enterprise reporting domain in Pakistan, CWPK has emerged as a holistic technology media platform reporting everything tech in the country. It remains the oldest continuous IT publishing brand in the country and in 2025 is set to turn 30 years old, which will be its biggest benchmark and a legacy it hopes to continue for years to come.
