Opensignal’s latest Pakistan Mobile Network Experience Report has once again placed Zong 4G at the forefront of the country’s telecom sector, awarding it top honors in five key performance categories. With wins in Reliability Experience, Download Speed, Availability, Games Experience, and Consistent Quality, Zong 4G continues to set the benchmark for superior mobile connectivity and user satisfaction.

A significant highlight of this year’s report is Zong’s dominance in the newly introduced Reliability Experience category, which evaluates a network’s ability to maintain stable connectivity for essential online activities. From seamless browsing to uninterrupted video streaming and remote work, Zong has demonstrated an unmatched level of dependability, ensuring that its users can rely on consistent and high-quality connectivity regardless of location or usage demands.

The report also reaffirms Zong’s leadership in download speed, as the network retains its Download Speed Experience award with an average download speed of 17.3 Mbps. This positions Zong as the preferred choice for users who require fast and uninterrupted data access for streaming, downloading large files, and real-time communication. With increasing demand for high-speed internet, Zong’s continued investment in network expansion and optimization has allowed it to maintain an edge over competitors in the speed category.

In terms of availability, Zong has outperformed all competitors by securing a leading score of 96.1%. This means that Zong users remain connected more consistently than those on rival networks, ensuring minimal disruptions and a smoother mobile experience. The high availability score reflects the network’s extensive infrastructure and its commitment to providing uninterrupted connectivity across Pakistan, including remote and underserved areas.

For the growing mobile gaming community, Zong remains the top choice as it wins the Games Experience award with a score of 49.2 on a 100-point scale. With lower latency, reduced lag, and stable connectivity, the network provides an optimal gaming environment for both casual and professional gamers. This recognition highlights Zong’s ability to support real-time multiplayer gaming, cloud gaming, and esports, making it the preferred network for Pakistan’s gaming enthusiasts.

Zong further strengthens its industry leadership by securing the top spot in the Consistent Quality category for the third consecutive time. With a score of 27.8%, Zong continues to ensure that high-demand applications such as video streaming, online conferencing, and high-speed browsing operate without disruptions. The Consistent Quality award is a testament to Zong’s focus on maintaining a smooth and uninterrupted experience for users, even during peak usage hours.

As Opensignal’s latest report confirms, Zong 4G remains Pakistan’s most reliable and high-performing mobile network, ranking first in five out of nine categories. These achievements reflect the company’s continuous investment in network enhancements, customer-centric innovations, and next-generation connectivity solutions. With its commitment to delivering the best possible experience, Zong 4G is set to remain the preferred choice for millions of mobile users across the country.
