Zindigi and eShaafi have entered into a strategic partnership aimed at strengthening Pakistan’s digital healthcare and financial services landscape. The collaboration combines eShaafi’s comprehensive telehealth platform with Zindigi’s advanced digital payment ecosystem, creating a unified experience where users can access healthcare services and complete secure, instant digital transactions seamlessly. The agreement is intended to improve access to healthcare for communities in remote and underserved areas, while also promoting financial inclusion through integrated digital tools.

The memorandum of understanding was formalized by Noman Azhar, Chief Officer of Zindigi, and Shafique Anwar, Founder and CEO of eShaafi, with senior leadership from both organizations present. Noman Azhar highlighted the strategic objectives, noting that the partnership bridges healthcare and digital finance, allowing underserved populations to benefit from improved service delivery. He emphasized that combining digital payments with telehealth solutions reflects a commitment to leveraging technology for broad social impact and extending essential services where they are most needed.

Shafique Anwar added that the collaboration represents more than a conventional partnership, describing it as a national initiative to expand access to quality and affordable healthcare. By integrating eShaafi’s telehealth ecosystem with Zindigi’s financial infrastructure, users can engage with healthcare providers in real-time while completing payments within the same platform. This approach is designed to reduce barriers to healthcare access, improve efficiency for medical providers, and offer a reliable, technology-driven service to patients across Pakistan.

The partnership aims to deliver tangible benefits to all stakeholders. Patients gain access to timely medical consultations and affordable healthcare options, providers can utilize efficient digital tools for service management, and communities see enhanced health and financial outcomes. By combining digital health services with secure payment solutions, Zindigi and eShaafi are advancing Pakistan’s broader goal of inclusive technology adoption, ensuring that digital innovation supports both social and economic development.

Through this collaboration, Zindigi and eShaafi are demonstrating how fintech and healthtech integration can address challenges in accessibility, affordability, and operational efficiency. The partnership aligns with ongoing efforts in Pakistan to modernize healthcare delivery and financial ecosystems, leveraging technology to enhance quality of life and economic participation. By providing a seamless platform for healthcare access and digital payments, the initiative is positioned to make meaningful contributions to the country’s digital transformation journey.
