NIC Karachi is set to host an exclusive meet and greet with Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan, Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme, offering young Pakistani entrepreneurs a direct line of communication with one of the country’s leading policymakers in youth development. Scheduled for Friday, 11th July 2025 at 10:30 AM, the event will take place at NIC Karachi and is open to all founders under the age of 30 or those working on solutions targeted at Pakistan’s youth.

This unique session serves as a bridge between public sector leadership and emerging startup voices. The objective is to offer young founders a chance to share their entrepreneurial challenges and experiences while contributing ideas to shape future policy efforts under the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme. As part of ongoing efforts to build a responsive and inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem, the engagement aims to amplify the perspectives of grassroots innovators, ensuring their needs and realities inform national youth and startup initiatives.

Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan, who leads one of the country’s most significant youth development efforts, has emphasized the importance of grassroots-level input and dynamic partnerships with incubators, universities, and founders. His presence at NIC Karachi signals the government’s growing intent to anchor entrepreneurship as a central pillar of its youth empowerment and job creation strategies.

NIC Karachi, one of Pakistan’s flagship incubation centers, has consistently acted as a convening platform for founders, investors, and policymakers. By hosting this session, NIC is further reinforcing its commitment to equipping the next generation of changemakers with the access, exposure, and policy-level engagement needed to accelerate impact. The meet-up is expected to cover topics such as startup-friendly reforms, funding access, training resources, and institutional support.

Young innovators are encouraged to register in advance to participate in this targeted dialogue. The event is poised to highlight the importance of participatory policy design in building a robust innovation economy, and it invites early-stage founders to play an active role in informing Pakistan’s national entrepreneurial agenda.
