Founded in 2012, the Sabaq Foundation is a registered self-funded non-profit trust with the Government of Pakistan, chaired by Iqbal Mustafa Khan with the objective to create world-class tutoring videos for all Pakistani students studying in both English medium and Urdu medium schools. Till date, Sabaq Foundation has created more than 12,000 video lectures that have been uploaded and available free on the website their sabaq.pk for all educational boards of Pakistan.

They have launched Sabaq Lite Server, an offline copy of Sabaq.pk that is intended for schools. The offline version gives schools easy access to all of Sabaq.pk videos, along with the ‘Practice Test’ feature for all grade levels. The software also allows school principals and school corporate administration to monitor the usage statistics for each school so they can see how many of their students and teachers are benefiting from it.

In the 1st phase of Sabaq Lite Server, the pilot is to be launched in 10 Federal Higher Secondary schools. The offline version can be used for classroom lectures, Sabaq videos in the computer lab for student self study, and for teacher training.

With the practice test feature, students can take these practice tests after every exercise or chapter for an effective preparation of their exams. Helping material for Cambridge textbooks, MCAT and ECAT exams can also be found in the form of video lectures at www.sabaq.pk.

CWPK Legacy
Launched in 1967 internationally, ComputerWorld is the oldest tech magazine/media property in the world. In Pakistan, ComputerWorld was launched in 1995. Initially providing news to IT executives only, once CIO Pakistan, its sister brand from the same family, was launched and took over the enterprise reporting domain in Pakistan, CWPK has emerged as a holistic technology media platform reporting everything tech in the country. It remains the oldest continuous IT publishing brand in the country and in 2025 is set to turn 30 years old, which will be its biggest benchmark and a legacy it hopes to continue for years to come. CWPK is part of the SPIN/IDG Wakhan media umbrella.
