Sarah Qureshi says the engine will eliminate the negative impact of commercial air carriers on the stratosphere.
While air travel has made it possible for us to travel hundreds of miles in few hours but it has gravely impacted the environment as jet fuel products emit fuels and the streak of gases that affect the earth’s environment and depletes ozone layers, something that protects us from harmful sun rays.
But in recent years the atmosphere has been disturbed to such an extent that is has increased global warming that is causing the melting of glaciers, floods, droughts, etc. Being an environmentalist Dr. Sarah Qureshi unveiled to invent contrail free engines in Pakistan in late 2020.
The new design will turn contrail into clean water and make artificial rain even.
The world’s first-generation contrail-free aircraft engine, currently being built in Pakistan for the global aviation industry, is expected to be ready between mid-to-late 2020, the technological marvel’s inventor, Dr. Sarah Qureshi, revealed.
Sarah Qureshi has been working on the project since late 2018 to contribute to controlling global warming.
In a one-on-one with this publication, the Pakistani scientist explained the contrail phenomenon, a visible white streak of smoke emitted from an aircraft’s jet engines during flight, and discussed its harmful effects on Earth’s atmosphere
