Ufone and CSD partner for Increasing Accessibility

Islamabad, November13,2020: On Wednesday, the Department of Ufone and Canteen Stores (CSD) signed a Memorandum of Understanding according to which the Pakistani Telecom Operator will provide CSD services for digitization and customer experience enhancement.

Under this arrangement, Ufone will give all CSD workers exclusive offers along with offering more than 100,000 loyalty cardholders nationwide exclusive deals. At CSD stores, walk-in customers will be able to conveniently acquire Ufone & PTCL services and also get to know about new services and products.

Brigadier Ahmed Fawad Azim (Retired), Commercial Director, Canteen Stores Department, along with Atif Ishaque, GM Enterprise Sales & Services, Shops & Franchise Services, Ufone, along with teams from the Department of Canteen Stores and Ufone, signed the Memorandum of Understanding.

Customer loyalty and comfort have always been a focus for Ufone and the company aims to provide ease to millions of its valuable customers across the country with every collaboration. The recent commitment to CSD reflects its growing devotion to customer convenience. Ufone has launched many revolutionary products and services over time that have not only been game-changers in the telecommunications industry, but also inspired common Pakistanis.
