Confiz develops CEmerge 2022 to provide its 60+ new employees an effortless onboarding experience. Confiz is committed about inspiring the following generation of trailblazers in the digital business. To provide the new recruits the knowledge and tools they need to start their professional careers, the event was packed with educational sessions, enjoyable networking opportunities, and various team-building activities.
According to Tayyaba Nisar, manager of employee experience at Confiz, “CEmerge is a celebration of our culture and a means to fresh beginnings. It will not only celebrate the success of our effort for employing recent graduates but also function as a stepping stone in the careers of our emerging talent.”

Confiz promotes the development and success of its workers in a field that is undergoing quick expansion, with an emphasis on building professional teams that are diverse and very inclusive. The orientation was essential in making sure the new hires got the most out of this unique onboarding process and gave them a chance to learn about Confiz’s culture and guiding principles while taking part in educational training sessions delivered by the organising team.

At the event, Confiz’s senior vice president of professional services, Ahsan Saleem, addressed the new recruits. He talked about his professional path, which took him from Project Manager to Senior Vice President of Professional Services, as well as how the unique corporate culture helped him grow over time. He added, “We’re incredibly happy to have you on board. You’re the largest group of young engineers we’ve employed to date. As a firm, we have big goals for international growth, and we genuinely hope that you would join us in this endeavour.

Following the orientation, the new recruits had an opportunity to introduce themselves before taking part in enjoyable team-building activities designed to promote cooperation and problem-solving in a fun and creative work environment. During the networking event, the new recruits got the chance to socialise with Confiz portfolio heads Dawood Liaqat, Syed Salman Ahmed, and Fahad Ilyas. With inspiring workshops for exchanging experiences and an engaging tour of daily life at Confiz for top professionals, the event drew to an end.
Following the success of CEmerge 2022, Confiz promises to continue initiatives that, by giving young people chances that equip them for professional growth, assure a sustainable future in the technology industry.

CWPK Legacy
Launched in 1967 internationally, ComputerWorld is the oldest tech magazine/media property in the world. In Pakistan, ComputerWorld was launched in 1995. Initially providing news to IT executives only, once CIO Pakistan, its sister brand from the same family, was launched and took over the enterprise reporting domain in Pakistan, CWPK has emerged as a holistic technology media platform reporting everything tech in the country. It remains the oldest continuous IT publishing brand in the country and in 2025 is set to turn 30 years old, which will be its biggest benchmark and a legacy it hopes to continue for years to come.
