Tech Valley Pakistan, in partnership with Google for Education, delivered an executive Artificial Intelligence training programme for the sixty seventh Senior Management Course at WAPDA Staff College in Islamabad, engaging thirty senior officers over the course of two days. The training was aimed primarily at officers holding positions in the higher grades of the civil service structure, reflecting an effort to build artificial intelligence literacy among decision makers responsible for leading public sector institutions rather than confining such training to more junior technical staff.
The programme combined general awareness building with hands on learning designed to help participants integrate artificial intelligence tools into their everyday professional responsibilities. Rather than treating the subject as a purely theoretical concept, the training emphasised practical exercises intended to give participating officers direct experience applying artificial intelligence to tasks they encounter regularly in their institutional roles.
