Tech Valley Pakistan has hosted a meeting with representatives from Google, Allied, the Special Education Department Punjab, Punjab Education, Curriculum, Training and Assessment Authority, Punjab Education Foundation and National Radio and Telecommunication Corporation to discuss the next phase of digital transformation in Punjab’s education sector. The meeting brought together technology providers, education authorities and other stakeholders to exchange ideas and identify priorities for expanding technology-enabled education across the province.
The discussion focused on the role of technology in supporting digital learning and improving the education ecosystem. Participants explored key priorities for the next stage of digital transformation, with the meeting providing an opportunity to discuss how technology solutions and institutional collaboration could contribute to education initiatives in Punjab. Tech Valley works with governments and educational institutions on digital transformation and identifies itself as a Google for Education partner and system integrator supporting technology adoption in the education sector.
Google and Tech Valley have already been involved in several education-focused initiatives with the Punjab government. In April 2026, Tech Valley announced a collaboration with the Punjab government, Higher Education Department and Punjab Higher Education Commission for 100,000 Google Career Certificates scholarships. The initiative covers technology-focused training and certifications, while other Tech Valley programmes in Punjab have focused on Google for Education tools, digital learning and AI-related skills.
The latest meeting indicates continued coordination among technology companies, education authorities and other organisations around the use of digital tools in Punjab’s education system. Tech Valley said the participating stakeholders will continue to exchange expertise and explore priorities related to technology-enabled education. However, the meeting announcement did not disclose any new agreement, specific project, funding commitment or implementation timeline, leaving the details of any future initiatives to subsequent announcements.
