SMEs must register with the FBR on its web-portal, according to clause 2 of the Fourteenth Schedule to the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001. However, the registration feature for SMEs is still unavailable on the FBR’s web page, and the tax authority has been requested to make it available.
According to clause 2 of the Fourteenth Schedule to the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, SMEs must register with the FBR on its web-portal. However, the SMEs registration option is still missing from the FBR’s website, and the tax authority has been asked to add it.
