SIMOSA has reached an extraordinary benchmark of 20 million monthly active users (MAUs) in 2024. This milestone cements its role as a transformative force in the nation’s digital landscape, delivering an unparalleled blend of innovation, convenience, and user engagement.

Revamped earlier this year from Jazz World to SIMOSA (SIM One Stop App), the platform underwent the region’s largest digital transition. Despite this monumental change, the app maintained its 4.4 rating, reflecting user trust and satisfaction. SIMOSA now integrates SIM care, lifestyle features, learning modules, health resources, discounts, and entertainment into a unified digital ecosystem, redefining digital engagement for millions of Pakistanis.

The app’s impact is far-reaching, with 6 million daily active users (DAUs) complementing its 20 million MAUs. Enhanced smart self-service capabilities have made SIMOSA an indispensable tool for Jazz customers. Over 80% of users accessed their tax certificates through the app, representing 33% of Pakistan’s tax filer base. Additionally, the platform facilitated 100 million transactions in 2024, marking a 35% increase from the previous year.

“Achieving 20 million monthly active users is a testament to our relentless focus on innovation, customer-centricity, and the evolving needs of our users,” said Aamer Ejaz, President of Digital Platforms at Jazz. “We’re making SIMOSA indispensable for every SIM owner in Pakistan—like Discord is for gamers or Booking.com is for travelers. By 2025, SIMOSA will be the go-to app for digital empowerment in Pakistan.”

SIMOSA’s achievements have not gone unnoticed. The app was named “Best Customer Mobile Service” at the Pakistan Digital Awards and received the VEON Digital Learning Award for empowering over 2 million users through gamified learning. It also achieved the highest Net Promoter Score (NPS) in the industry and made significant strides in female empowerment, benefiting 3 million women across the country.

The platform launched several innovative features in 2024, including AI-powered Magic Bundles, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) options, advanced credit facilities, and a revamped support section. One standout addition, ‘SIMOSA Chaat,’ an AI-driven chat feature, has fostered meaningful connections and enriched user experiences.

As SIMOSA continues to evolve, it exemplifies Jazz’s vision of a digitally inclusive future. By empowering individuals and communities with smarter, more integrated solutions, the platform is poised to lead Pakistan into a new era of digital innovation and connectivity.
