Shan Foods Private Limited has successfully implemented SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central, marking a significant milestone in the company’s digital transformation journey. The new system is designed to streamline and enhance human resource (HR) processes, reinforcing Shan Foods’ commitment to employee centricity and operational efficiency.

Additionally, power users Syed Fawad Hyder, Misbah Mateen, and Asad Ali contributed significantly to the implementation, working under the expert guidance of Ali Iqbal, who served as the Trainer and Track Lead. The team’s collective effort was instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition to the new system, setting the foundation for a more agile and data-driven HR framework.

The implementation of SAP SuccessFactors aligns with Shan Foods’ broader digital transformation strategy, which focuses on integrating modern technology solutions to enhance business operations. Shan Foods partnered with TallyMarks Consulting (TMC) to successfully execute the project. The implementation team, which included Arfa Mukhtar, Waqas Khurshid, Sana Sadruddin, Syed Abdus Sami, Jamal Abdul Kareem, and Shazra Hasan, played a vital role in ensuring that the project met its objectives. Their expertise and dedication helped Shan Foods seamlessly transition to the new HR platform, reinforcing the company’s commitment to technological excellence and innovation.
