Sehat Kahani Make it To EQUALS in Tech Finals 2018

Founded in 2016 by the International Telecommunications Union, UN Women, the International Trade Centre, GSMA and the United Nations University, EQUALS is an initiative to promote awareness, build political commitment, leverage resources and knowledge, harness capacities of partners, and support real actions.

 EQUALS in Tech Awards are in their fifth year and every year they are bigger and more competitive than ever. This time around the awards are to be held in New York on the 22nd of September 2018. The finalists for the awards have been announced and for each category the finalists were selected through a rigorous evaluation process conducted by the EQUALS in Tech Award Advisory Group that comprised of previous awards winners; in addition to the members of the EQUALS Partnership Steering Committee.

Out of the 22 finalists selected for the awards, the Pakistan health startup Sehat Kahani is also one of the lucky ones. They are the only company to make it to the EQUALS Finals, becoming one of the 22 selected out of the 357 submissions.

Sehat Kahani is an allfemalehealthprovidernetwork to deliver quality healthcare solutions using tele–health, a phenomenon known to be the futureofhealthcareglobally using 3 main business lines: Access, Prevention and Efficiency.
