Rinova AI has entered a strategic partnership with RCM Matter, one of Pakistan’s prominent healthcare billing firms, marking an important development for the country’s health tech landscape. The collaboration aims to bring advanced Agentic AI capabilities into healthcare operations, boosting efficiency for providers and expanding the role of intelligent systems in medical billing services. This move strengthens the presence of AI in a sector that continues to require improved accuracy, automation and data driven workflows. The partnership also reflects a growing appetite within Pakistan’s healthcare and technology industries to jointly explore new approaches rooted in innovation and digital transformation. By combining Rinova AI’s expertise in intelligent systems with RCM Matter’s established role in healthcare billing, both organisations are working to create a more responsive and capable environment that can support hospitals, clinics and medical professionals.

A key development accompanying this partnership is the announcement from Edge Services, a sister company of Rinova AI, which has committed a USD 50 million investment focused on building Pakistan’s AI talent pool. This investment will facilitate the creation of 1,000 new jobs for fresh graduates and AI engineers, offering structured pathways that help them gain experience in a rapidly advancing global field. With the demand for AI skills accelerating worldwide, this initiative aims to reduce the talent drain faced by the country by strengthening opportunities within the local market. Edge Services is positioning the program to ensure that young professionals have access to meaningful employment, mentorship and technical exposure that align with global standards. The focus is on nurturing individuals early in their careers so they can develop strong technical foundations and contribute effectively to large scale AI projects.

The investment also reflects a broader objective to help Pakistan develop into a competitive global hub for AI and professional services. Strengthening local talent is central to this ambition, as the availability of skilled engineers, analysts and specialists remains one of the key factors in attracting international clients and partnerships. With more structured career growth avenues, graduates can participate in high value work without leaving the country, creating a more stable ecosystem for emerging technology companies. This also supports the formation of an inclusive and capable AI workforce that contributes to both domestic projects and cross border engagements, boosting Pakistan’s visibility in international markets.

Through these combined efforts, Rinova AI and Edge Services are contributing to an environment where local talent can thrive while the technology sector continues to grow. The partnership with RCM Matter enhances health tech capabilities and introduces AI solutions that support better service delivery. At the same time, the large scale investment in job creation represents an important step toward strengthening Pakistan’s digital capacity and creating future opportunities for thousands of young professionals interested in AI and advanced technologies.
