Realme has officially launched the 16 Pro Series 5G in Pakistan, positioning the lineup under the banner of the 200MP Portrait Master and marking what the company describes as a new benchmark for imaging, performance, and battery endurance in its segment. The series arrives in three variants: the realme 16 Pro+ with 12 gigabytes of random access memory and 512 gigabytes of storage priced at PKR 199,999, the realme 16 Pro with the same memory configuration at PKR 169,999, and the realme 16 5G with 8 gigabytes of random access memory and 256 gigabytes of storage at PKR 129,999, catering to a wide band of users from photography enthusiasts to everyday consumers looking for a capable mid-range 5G device.
The defining feature of the series is its camera system. The realme 16 Pro+ and realme 16 Pro both carry a 200MP FullFocal Periscope Camera built on what the company calls the world’s first 200MP LumaColor Image sensor, engineered to deliver ultra-high detail, enhanced depth, and professional-grade portrait clarity. The realme 16 5G, while stepping down from the periscope system, features a 50MP Sony camera with LumaColor Image technology that the company says delivers improved colour accuracy, natural skin tones, and a cinematic finish. All three models in the lineup include a 50MP selfie camera, what realme describes as the industry’s only Selfie Mirror feature, and an artificial intelligence imaging layer designed to assist with framing, tone, and scene optimisation, making the series a strong proposition for content creators who want capable camera hardware without carrying dedicated equipment.
On the performance side, the realme 16 Pro+ is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor built on a 4 nanometre process, which the company says delivers an AnTuTu benchmark score of 1.44 million, positioning it as a segment leader for gaming and intensive multitasking. The realme 16 Pro runs on the Dimensity 7300-Max 5G chipset, while the realme 16 5G is powered by the Dimensity 6400 Turbo 5G, ensuring reliable everyday performance across the range. All three variants share the same 7000mAh Titan Battery, which realme says can deliver up to 7.6 hours of standby on a single percent of charge. The realme 16 Pro+ and realme 16 Pro support 80-watt fast charging, reaching 50 percent in 23 minutes and a full charge in 60 minutes, while the realme 16 5G supports 60-watt fast charging. The battery is further supported by an artificial intelligence Long-life Battery Chip that the company claims can maintain over 80 percent capacity for up to six years of use, alongside an All-Scenario Bypass Charging feature that helps sustain stable frame rates during gaming sessions.
In terms of design and display, the series carries an IP69 Pro rating for water and dust resistance, and the realme 16 5G features what the company describes as an iPhone Air-like slim form factor. The display on the realme 16 Pro+ and realme 16 Pro reaches a peak brightness of 6,500 nits on their AMOLED panels, while the realme 16 5G offers up to 4,200 nits, ensuring visibility in direct sunlight. The lineup is available in Master Gold and Master Grey for the Pro+, Orchid Purple and Pebble Grey for the Pro, and Air Black and Air White for the standard 16 5G.
