The Punjab government has created the ‘Khidmat Apki Dehleez Per’ application to address citizen grievances and provide assistance at their doorstep.
Sardar Usman Buzdar, the provincial Chief Minister, introduced the app on Monday, claiming that it will improve the delivery of public services at the grassroots level while also soothing public concerns.
Rai Taimoor Khan Bhatti, Punjab’s provincial minister for youth affairs, sports, archaeology, and tourism, had indicated that the app would help to enhance drainage and sanitary systems in the province’s cities, and urged the public to take full advantage of the initiative.
“We are optimistic that the ‘Khidmat Aap Ki Dehleez Per’ programme would have a long-term impact on the province’s environment,” he said.
According to him, the software would be improved as a result of public feedback.
He added, “Through a ranking system, a trend of competition will develop among all of the districts.”
