Authorities have further emphasized the importance of emergency preparedness, instructing schools to maintain water reservoirs for potential crises and obtain clearance from Special Branch before continued operation. Officials stated that these measures are designed to strengthen campus security protocols while fostering a safe, stable, and conducive learning environment. The government expects schools to comply fully, with non-adherence potentially resulting in penalties or temporary suspension of operations.
