PTCL Signs Strategic Contract with Whale Cloud Technology for Better Customer Experience

For the modernization of its mission-critical Charging and Billing infrastructure, Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has inked a strategic deal with Whale Cloud Technology.


At a ceremony conducted at PTCL HQ in Islamabad, Nadeem Khan, Acting CEO and Group CFO, PTCL & Ufone, and Chen XiaoWei, President South Asia, Whale Cloud Technology, signed the deal. Along with senior executives from both organisations, Jafar Khalid, Group CTIO (Development), PTCL & Ufone, Saad M Waraich, Group CTIO (Operations), PTCL & Ufone, and Ayaz Ahmed, Vice President, Whale Cloud Technology, Pakistan, attended the occasion.

This major transformation marks a significant step towards PTCL’s efforts to deliver enhanced user experience to its valued customers. The initiative would also serve as a key enabler for offering the much-needed flexibility to fixed broadband consumers and corporate customers, by extending enhanced billing and invoicing options of their choice.
