PTCL Group, comprising PTCL and Ufone 4G, in collaboration with Huawei, has deployed next-generation connectivity infrastructure at Sukh Chayn Residence in Islamabad, offering 5G-ready smart living for residents. The initiative introduces a combination of Digital Indoor System (DIS) Lampsite technology and high-speed Fiber-To-The-Home (FTTH) to elevate the experience of luxury living through digital convenience and uninterrupted connectivity.

The DIS Lampsite system introduced at Sukh Chayn Residence provides a transformative solution for indoor coverage. Unlike conventional Distributed Antenna Systems that depend on passive elements, this 5G-ready infrastructure utilizes an end-to-end active digital framework to deliver superior signal quality, seamless user experience, and enhanced coverage across all corners of the high-rise residential facility. The system is designed to ensure minimal interference while maintaining the visual harmony of the architectural space.

This advanced connectivity model allows residents to benefit from high-speed mobile broadband and reliable home internet access simultaneously. The integration of FTTH and DIS makes Sukh Chayn Residence the first luxury residential complex in Pakistan equipped with a future-proof, scalable digital network. It is tailored to support high-bandwidth applications, remote work, smart devices, and multimedia usage with consistency and ease.

Asif Ahmed, Group Chief Business Solution Officer at PTCL and Ufone 4G, stated that this collaboration is a step forward in the company’s ongoing commitment to delivering high-performance digital infrastructure to both individual and enterprise customers. He emphasized that the project illustrates PTCL Group’s vision for modern connectivity in Pakistan and represents a strategic move toward sustainable digital transformation. The digital environment powered by DIS and FTTH empowers residents to manage their personal and professional lives seamlessly while also opening avenues for enhanced lifestyles and long-term growth.

Sukh Chayn Residence CEO Muhammad Saleh Azeem shared that becoming the first 5G-ready housing project highlights their commitment to meeting residents’ evolving digital needs. He noted that the integration of intelligent connectivity into the residential experience aligns with their broader ambition of setting a new standard in Pakistan’s housing sector, making the complex a model for digitally advanced living.

Huawei’s Managing Director Carrier Business, Michael Che, remarked that introducing DIS Lampsite technology in Pakistan through PTCL will revolutionize the digital living experience. The solution not only redefines high-speed mobile broadband for residential spaces but also enables PTCL to strengthen its position as a primary internet provider for millions of users in Pakistan.

This deployment also expands PTCL Group’s ongoing collaboration efforts in fiber-based connectivity with leading real estate and business enterprises. By combining its FTTH strength with Huawei’s 5G-ready DIS, the group continues to solidify its role as the telecom partner of choice for digitally progressive communities and businesses across the country.
