PASHA hosted its inaugural MasterClass on 10th December, focusing on Leadership and Emotional Intelligence, marking a new initiative aimed at fostering professional and personal growth for technology sector professionals. The session, organised by Syeda Safa H. from P@SHA Skills Development team, was led by Sadia Jaffery, a seasoned Corporate Business Coach, who shared practical strategies and insights to enhance leadership capabilities and emotional awareness in professional settings.

The MasterClass brought together ten participants who actively engaged in interactive discussions and exercises designed to develop key leadership skills and emotional intelligence. Throughout the session, Sadia Jaffery emphasized the importance of understanding self-awareness, managing emotions effectively, and building strong interpersonal relationships as essential elements for professional success. Participants were encouraged to explore real-world scenarios, identify challenges, and apply actionable techniques that support both individual growth and organizational effectiveness.

In addition to leadership principles, the MasterClass highlighted emotional intelligence as a critical factor in decision-making, conflict resolution, and team collaboration. By combining theory with practical exercises, attendees gained valuable insights into managing stress, adapting to workplace dynamics, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The interactive format allowed participants to share experiences, reflect on personal leadership styles, and learn strategies to strengthen their professional presence in dynamic work environments.

P@SHA’s Skills Development team plans to continue offering similar MasterClasses, workshops, and training sessions to equip professionals with tools needed to thrive in the evolving technology landscape. By providing opportunities for learning, connection, and skill enhancement, P@SHA aims to support workforce development and empower individuals across Pakistan’s ICT sector. The successful execution of this first MasterClass underscores P@SHA’s commitment to nurturing talent, fostering professional growth, and building a culture of continuous learning in the country’s technology ecosystem.

This initiative aligns with broader efforts to strengthen Pakistan’s tech workforce by promoting skill development, knowledge sharing, and leadership capabilities. Participants expressed appreciation for the practical insights and engaging learning environment, emphasizing the value of such programs in bridging gaps between technical expertise and leadership excellence. P@SHA intends to expand this initiative further, bringing more professional development opportunities to a wider audience across the country’s technology and business communities.
