PASHA has announced the launch of its D&I Impact Showcase 2025, a national initiative dedicated to highlighting organizations and teams that are creating more inclusive workplaces and communities across Pakistan’s technology sector. The campaign aims to recognize meaningful efforts that promote diversity, empower underrepresented groups, and advance equal opportunities in the country’s growing IT ecosystem.

The showcase invites participation from companies, startups, and tech teams that have implemented impactful initiatives fostering inclusion for women, persons with disabilities, and minority communities. P@SHA is calling on organizations to share their stories and projects that demonstrate how inclusive practices can lead to sustainable growth and innovation. Submissions are open until November 10, 2025, and can be shared through the official link provided by P@SHA (https://champ.ly/qdP-lEzS).

Through the D&I Impact Showcase 2025, P@SHA seeks to amplify stories that inspire positive change across the industry. The initiative reflects the association’s ongoing commitment to building a more equitable tech ecosystem, where diversity is not only encouraged but celebrated as a driver of creativity and progress. By spotlighting organizations that prioritize accessibility, gender balance, and cultural inclusion, P@SHA hopes to create a platform for sharing knowledge, best practices, and inspiration within the broader business community.

This year’s showcase also underscores the importance of aligning Pakistan’s technology sector with global standards of inclusion and responsible growth. As digital transformation continues to accelerate, the role of inclusive policies and diverse representation becomes increasingly vital in shaping future innovation. P@SHA’s efforts aim to ensure that Pakistan’s digital landscape grows in a way that benefits everyone, enabling people from all backgrounds to contribute meaningfully to the nation’s tech-driven future.

Launched in 1967 internationally, ComputerWorld is the oldest tech magazine/media property in the world. In Pakistan, ComputerWorld was launched in 1995.
