Pakistan’s leading tech industry association, P@SHA, is gearing up to represent the country at GITEX Global 2025, the world’s largest technology and startup exhibition, taking place in Dubai from October 13 to 17. The event will bring together global technology innovators, startups, and investors, creating an ideal platform for Pakistani companies to showcase their expertise, explore collaborations, and strengthen their international footprint.

Supported by a strong network of partners including HBL, Eventage, Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), Tech Destination Pakistan, Ministry of IT and Telecommunication, Special Investment Facilitation Council, Trade Development Authority of Pakistan, and Pakistan Embassy UAE, the P@SHA delegation aims to highlight Pakistan’s growing position in the global tech ecosystem. This collective effort reflects the country’s strategic focus on expanding its digital presence across the Gulf and beyond, emphasizing innovation, talent, and global competitiveness.

Pakistan’s IT exports to the UAE have shown consistent growth, rising from $151 million in 2021 to $391 million in 2025. This steady upward trend underscores the country’s expanding technology capabilities and rising demand for its software and IT services in the Middle East. P@SHA’s participation at GITEX Global 2025 is expected to further accelerate these gains by facilitating direct engagement with international investors, venture capitalists, and enterprise customers. Industry leaders view this as an opportunity not just to display innovation but also to attract partnerships that can fuel Pakistan’s long-term digital economy goals.

GITEX Global is recognized as a major meeting point for international businesses, offering unparalleled networking opportunities across AI, cloud, cybersecurity, fintech, and smart city domains. For Pakistan, the event serves as a springboard to strengthen its reputation as a reliable technology partner. The P@SHA delegation’s presence at GITEX will provide visibility to the nation’s emerging startups, tech exporters, and innovation-driven enterprises that continue to contribute to the country’s export growth and global reputation.

As preparations move forward, P@SHA remains committed to ensuring Pakistan’s strong representation at GITEX Global 2025. The delegation’s participation marks not only a showcase of technological progress but also a reaffirmation of Pakistan’s ambition to play a leading role in the region’s digital transformation journey. With increasing global recognition and growing exports, the country’s IT sector is poised to continue its upward trajectory, powered by innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.
